New AST tenancies

Operis Developments LTD work with trusted, local agents in Dorset & Wiltshire to market available property to let, accompany viewings, reference and contract new tenants.

Once a suitable tenant has been sourced, referenced, their right to rent checked and a provisional tenancy start date agreed, please follow the steps below prior to commencement of the tenancy.

Step 1

Register the tenant with Operis Developments LTD - the new tenant's details will be setup in Operis' systems and a DPS Deposit record will be created. The agent will be provided with the DPS Deposit ID.

Step 2

When the registration form from Step 1 is complete and deposit has been received from the tenant, transfer the deposit to the DPS directly using the new tenant's DPS ID as reference that will have emailed to you.
