The WC pan and wall hung wash hand basin are flush fitted against a fully tiled enclosure housing the concealed cistern and plumbing.
The maisonette has gas central heating and hot water provided by a new Gloworm condensing gas boiler, housed in the purporse built cupboard to the left of the window. The window opening and new (replacement) casement window was fitted as part of the renovation and conversion works. The previously bricked-up window had full-height cupboard doors which have been modified to provide window shutters and a linen storage cupboard below.
Reception roomSituated on the second floor, the spacious reception room spans the full width of the main building. Many character features make the room immediately impressive, not least the exposed beams, which are said to be cut from the mast of a ship wreck from Chesil Beach.
